Traineeship

Would you like to get started in the media industry? Our Kickstart traineeship ensures that new trainees and apprentices get a smooth start in the world of media every year.

Kickstart

With our in-house training program, we provide graduates with exactly the skills they need as consultants in the rapidly developing and creative world of communication within six weeks. The skillset is built up by various internal and external lecturers – from basic media knowledge and target group analysis to the planning of digital campaigns.

Training on the Job

Embedded in our consulting unit, your newly acquired knowledge can be applied directly in the team and on the client. Every day you will experience anew what the job in this industry is all about – including brainstorming & analysis, team spirit and presentations.

Personal development

Leadership Development

One of our priorities is to develop managers who know how to deal with complexity and challenges. We equip you with the skills and support you with individual measures such as mentoring, coaching or special management training. We also encourage the exchange and sharing of best practices within our Unit Director Circle.

Digital University

We take digital transformation seriously. As part of the Digital University, we dedicate one day a year to the latest digital developments. A broad spectrum of trends and visions are discussed here.
